This site describes our mobile application development services. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract for services is formed by using the site or submitting an enquiry. Work is performed only under a separately signed agreement.

Timelines, durations, cost ranges and process descriptions are indicative and depend on the scope of a specific project. Any figure that binds us will appear in a signed proposal, not on this site.

Please do not send confidential or commercially sensitive material through the contact form before a non-disclosure agreement is in place — we are glad to put one in place first, on request.

Client work and ownership
For engagements we undertake, intellectual property in the deliverables is assigned to the client on the terms set out in the signed agreement for that project. Nothing on this page varies that agreement; where the two conflict, the signed agreement prevails.

Where we link to external sites we do so for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business, arising from use of this website.
